Acceptance
By creating an account or using Readioma you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account. Don't share your sign-in link with anyone else. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Readioma.
Acceptable use
Don't use Readioma to:
- Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
- Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or scrape it at scale.
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission.
Subscriptions and billing
Readioma offers a free tier and a Premium subscription billed via our payments provider, Polar. Premium auto-renews until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Settings page at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
AI-generated content
Stories, translations, and other AI-generated content may contain mistakes. We do our best to keep things accurate, but we don't guarantee that AI output is correct or free of bias. Use it as a learning aid, not authoritative information.
Intellectual property
Readioma and its content are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. You keep ownership of anything you create.
Termination
You can stop using Readioma at any time and request account deletion. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Readioma is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live.
